A £30 surcharge will be raised on top of the "buy it now" price to ensure we receive your old doorlock.
Once you return your old unit we will reimburse your £30.
- All our remanufactured locks are stripped/cleaned/examined and reassembled, using new spare parts.
- Our locks are sold on a exchange basis, we must receive your old unit within 7 days so that warranty is not void.
- All orders are shipped via Tracked Royal Mail 1st Class. We ship from our warehouse in London.
- All locks come with 12 Months warranty from date of invoice. Warranty only covers locks, not labour or ancillary costs
the purchase of our products is as follows
- buy the lock in our shop and pay the price via paypal.
- you will receive an email about deposit suitable for that product - please pay it via paypal
- after we receive the price for lock and surcharge, we will dispatch your Item
- you will receive the lock in 3-4 working days
- you have 7 days to install it, and send your old / damaged unit back to us ( London UK)
- we will refund the deposit in 5 working days
